Actually was able to get me in to see Dr. V. earlier than scheduled, was in and out of there quickly, everyone followed COVID protocol for safety. All equipment is state of the art. Dr. V. and her staff are all so efficient, kind and accommodating. I’m so glad we found her to be our dentist!

I loved how thorough Uni (dental hygienist) was when we went over my oral and dental health. I found things I didn't even know that was going on with my mouth! She was transparent about everything and cracked so many jokes. I'm definitely going back here again! I met Dr. Villano for a brief moment and she was sweet and straightforward as well. This entire office has been absolutely wonderful the entire time I've been a patient. No better an example than the most recent: A filling (one I incorrectly attributed to their work. My apologies for that.) came loose during a meal and pretty much ruined the remaining tooth. They got me in and had it fixed in record time. For the record, running a business during these times is difficult, at best. For them to go above and beyond like they did, truly resonates with me. The staff is fantastic. The dentist is top marks. The office is clean and orderly. Highly recommend!

I'm pretty shocked about the bad reviews...I have been seeing Dr. Villano for about a year now and am very happy. She has never suggested work that needed to be done that I didn't feel was necessary (most of the stuff she said I needed I knew about and had been putting off for awhile so it wasn't much of a shock). I think she's very knowledgeable and is very gentle (which is important to me because I've had some really bad experiences). The staff is very friendly and they have all of the latest gadgets which is pretty cool...some of the stuff they use it very hi-tech. I've recommended her to multiple people and they all like her too. She also seems to be little cheaper than a lot of other dentists.

Dr. Villano is probably one of the best dentists I've been to. She's very knowledgeable and is very gentle (I've had some bad experiences in the past, but I know with Dr. Villano I'm in good hands). The staff is super friendly and they have all of the new gadgets which is awesome. I've recommended her to multiple people and they've all been satisfied. She's also a little cheaper than a lot of other places.

I suffer from EXTREME dental anxiety and have put off going to the dentist for years even though I have been paying for dental insurance. From lack of preventive care the day came where I had NO CHOICE . After hours of research to find that “perfect “ dentist that dealt with my issues, I found HER!! Dr. Villanova!! From the first phone call, I knew this was my dentist!! The WHOLE staff made me feel at ease and showed such compassion and kindness dealing with my anxiety. This is going to be a journey for me and I am so grateful to have found these women to walk me through it!!

There is nothing worse than being away from home and needing "emergency" dentistry. Google-ing emergency dentistry doesn't necessarily reveal help but after some searching Dr Theresa Villano in Walnut Creek became my savior. Aside from her willingness to respond and assist - she is a consummate professional. I am not from California and my issue was a porcelain veneer that came off on a Sunday morning. I needed immediate attention since I was speaking in front of a hundred folks Monday morning at 8.30am. Dr Villano took her time, addressed the issue, corrected a bite issue that was a contributing factor and gave me her cell number in the event that I had further issues while I was here for my 3 days. I love Advanced Dentistry in Walnut Creek. Everyone is so friendly and the office is small, so you don't feel like just another patient file they don't care about. Currently, I am undergoing invisalign treatment and I am halfway done, and my teeth look amazing. I am also shocked at the bad reviews! She is the absolute best!! I called with a dental emergency on a Saturday and have never seen her before, so also a new patient. Explained my pain, she called me back and said to come to her office ON A SUNDAY and she would check me out (who does that right?!?) I did and turns out the excruciating jaw pain was from an infected wisdom tooth. Gave me my options and costs, and I opted to have it extracted. 30 minutes later tooth gone, and after the numbing wore off no pain anymore! She also texted me Sunday night and Monday morning to check on me. I am so grateful and highly recommend her!!

I could only see a dentist on the weekends due to work and Dr. Villano was extremely nice and was able & willing to fit me into her Saturday schedule even though she typically does not see new patients on Saturdays. I read the reviews below prior to my initial visit and teeth cleaning with Dr. Villano back in January and was a bit hesitant. Due to my military status; Tricare finds dentists in our area and she was recommended. The slanderous FALACIES written below are ridiculous. From Kim at the front desk, Wendy the hygenist and Dr. Villano herself; I've never been so relaxed during a dental visit in my life. A few weeks later I went in for a few major procedures that needed to get done. PRIOR TO MY PROCEDURES I WAS A BIT NERVOUS AND SENT DR. VILLANO AN EMAIL AND SHE REPLIED IMMEDIATELY ANSWERING ALL OF MY PENDING QUESTIONS PERSONALLY... She provided me good information on the entirety of each procedure; it was a painless 4 hours. Two weeks later my follow-up procedure was conducted the same way. She never once pushed me to get unecessary dental work or extra costly proecedures done due to a financial gain. I had questions about invalign; she answered them truthfully and told me I needed to evaluate what I wanted prior to making the decision. At the time I was 5 months away from moving out of state and she told me to wait until I moved to get anything further such as invisalign; so it wouldn't be as taxing on me to switch over in the middle of it. So, these incredulous comments about her "money hungry" intentions below are nothing more than pettiness. I suggested Dr. Villano to a few friends and my friends husband went in for his first visit with her last week. Guess what?... He has another appointment to finalize his procedures tomorrow. Sad to be moving right when I found a dentist I liked but glad to have gotten the treatment I needed from a proficient dentist who did a wonderful job!

Wow, I was shocked to read the bad reviews because Dr. Villano is the best dentist I've ever had! I started seeing her years ago when her practice was in Oakland because my dad recommended her. She has been in Walnut Creek for several years now and both my dad and I still see her even though we live in Oakland & Alameda because she's so good. I had an awful dentist when I was a kid; he hated children and was aggressive and it was a horrible experience being in his chair. Needless to say, I hated to go to the dentist and had some issues/ fears about dentist's as an adult! Dr. Villano is a very kind, gentile and professional dentist. Everyone in her practice is pleasant and professional. Other dentists have their assistants do the cleanings because they can't be bothered. When I come in for a cleaning, Dr. Villano cleans my teeth and uses the Waterpick herself, then has her assistant polish my teeth. Currently I am working with her to straighten my teeth with Invisalign and am very pleased with the results so far. Dr. Villano has even offered FREE teeth whitening to me after my teeth are straightened!

She is professional and efficient and I have never been kept waiting, which was something I experienced often in San Francisco.
